VIP Program – Terms and Conditions:
- Accumulation of VIP Experience
- Sports Bets: VIP Experience is calculated based on valid turnover.
- All Other Games: VIP Experience is calculated based on the bet amount.
- Experience & Level Updates
- VIP Level and Experience are updated within 60 minutes of bet settlement (according to valid turnover).
- Remaining VIP Experience from non-Sports bets, and Experience earned from referred accounts, are updated by 17:00 (GMT+8) the next day.
- Monthly Reset & Requalification
- VIP Experience resets at the start of each month.
- If requalification requirements are not met, the player’s VIP Level will be adjusted to the appropriate level based on accumulated Experience.
- Game Restrictions
- Extra VIP rebates and certain calculations are not applicable to specific games listed here

Weekly VIP Bonus – Rules & Conditions
- Eligibility & Requirements
- Players must achieve a minimum weekly turnover of 300 to qualify.
- Weekly Turnover Challenges can only be completed for the player’s current VIP Level or one level below.
- Bonus Crediting
- Turnover Challenge Bonus will be credited together with the Weekly VIP Bonus.
- Weekly VIP Bonus is credited to the main wallet every Friday by 17:00 (GMT+8).
- Turnover Calculation
- Weekly turnover is based on bets settled from 00:00:00 (GMT+8) Monday to 23:59:59 (GMT+8) Sunday of the previous week.
- Bets placed on selected games will count as 50% towards turnover. Full list available here.
- Bonus Details
- Weekly VIP Bonus is paid in real cash and is not subject to wagering requirements.
